New app Dev Test Thread Builder has been released.
Dev Test Thread Builder is an offline editor for PortableApps.com beta test threads which features easy selection and validation of common fields and emulation of the PortableApps forum style.
If you don’t know PortableApps (and aren’t a current or potential developer there) then this app is probably useless to you, but if you do fit into that small category then hopefully this can help you out.
